notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled action on June 14, 2011, the property described in the attached Exhibit “A” will be sold by the clerk of this court at public sale at 11:00 a.m. on July 18, 2011, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
MORTGAGED PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 8, TIER 8, PLAN OF NAPLES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA (hereafter the “Land”).

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the Mortgaged Property.

Together with all replacements and additions on the Mortgaged Property.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
