ANDREWS, deceased, File Number 2011-539-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite # 102, P.O. Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101-3044; that the decedent's date of death was February 15, 2011; that the total value of the estate is approximately $10,000.00; and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such Order are: Laura Summers, 5209 Covington Bend Drive, Raleigh, NC 27613; Peirce Andrews, 14531 Abaco Lakes Drive, Apt. 104, Ft. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administratio must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
