notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010CA002835, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and JAMONA F. SWEENEY A/K/A JAMIE F. SWEENEY, TRUSTEE OF THE JAMONA F. SWEENEY LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 8, 2006; THE COQUINA CLUB OF NAPLES, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are conducted on the First Floor Atrium at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 @ 11:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL OF COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 212, COQUINA CLUB OF NAPLES, FKA COQUINA CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 502, PAGES 361, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER SIXTY DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
