notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 19th, 2011, entered in Case No.: 2009-11173-CA of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AVIEL ALIAS, JENNIFER DT ALIAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WILSHIRE LAKES-NAPLES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at The Atrium On The 1st Floor of the Court Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, on July 18, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., thethe following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: LOT 40, BLOCK 1, WILSHIRE LAKES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
