NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002876, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INDB 2006-1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006is Plaintiff and RONALD A. HAAR JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD A. HAAR JR; JACQUELINE S. HAAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE S HAAR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 8, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
