NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010049, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE-HOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY7C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY7C is the Plaintiff and LUCIE M. KAISSERLIAN, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PELICAN RIDGE OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIE M. KAISSERLIAN and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
