NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-011077 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHAD SULKES; WOODSTONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 30, WOODSTONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 6155 STONEWOOD COURT, NAPLES, FL 34112
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
