notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005972 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Harry J. Tsavaris and Lisa A. Tsavaris, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 506, TUSCANY AT THE VINEYARDS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK, 1429, PAGES 1679 THROUGH 1795, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 70 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
