notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009982 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Fannie Mae (“Federal National Mortgage Association”), Plaintiff and Josue Rincon and Senovia Rincon, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK A, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD - PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 94 THROUGH 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
