NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001168, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PIOTR BANSKI, PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION III RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 136, STRATFORF PLACE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
