notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0909131CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006 3, is the Plaintiff and Donnalyn Diego, Hung Pham A/K/A Hung D. Pham, Hai Tuan Dau, Van Doan, John Doe N/K/A Tyler Pham, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 266, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
