notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0903658CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, F/K/A The Bank of New York, Trustee for the Certificate holders Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006 Oa16, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006 Oa16, is the Plaintiff and Theodore Epstein; John Doe N/K/A Mike Delcollo, Positano Place at Naples Master Association, Inc.; Positano Place At Naples Ii Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING 1000, POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3978, PAGE 2285, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
