NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004352 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST HELEN J. WOLFE A/K/A HELEN JANET WOLFE , DECEASED; DANIEL J. KENNEDY; PAMELA E. KENNEDY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAURA LOU PARISI F/K/A LAURA LOU WOLFE F/K/A LAURA L. NO. 1; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBIN MELLOR are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF PARCEL NO. 206, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, BUILDING NO. 6, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 803, PAGES 1390 THROUGH 1422, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO
