YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in Collier County, Florida, legally described as:
The West One-Half of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the land South of the Northerly Right of Way of Access Road No. 1, according to the Road Book 3, Page 8, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on ADRIAN K. FELIX, Carlton Fields, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 100 S.E. Second Street, Suite 4200, Miami, Florida 33131, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
