Woolger a/k/a Robert Woolger, Country Haven Condominium III Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3302, COUNTRY HAVEN CONDOMINIUM 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1359, PAGES 102 THROUGH 168, INCLUSIVE, ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
