notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 26, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 090657CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-WL3, Plaintiff and ALLEN E. PELL, et al. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the 1st floor, of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, July 27, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4302 BAYFRONT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2662, PAGES 765 THROUGH 891, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. W-69 AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
