CALLISON A/K/A CHARLES FREDERICK CALLISON, SR., DECEASED; CLIFFORD JOHN BOBECK, AS A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES F. THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 158-E, OF WILDERNESS COUNTRY CLUB VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 704, PAGES 64 THROUGH 111, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
