CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1701, BUILDING NO. 17, OF SOUTH BAY PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3908, PAGE 2101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2033 ROOKERY BAY DRIVE 1701,, NAPLES FL 34114; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
