APARTMENT NUMBER S-7, BUILDING S, POINCIANA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IF ANY, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 492, PAGES 289 TO 332, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
and commonly known as: 3325 AIRPORT RD #S-7, NAPLES FL 34105; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
