Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 29, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
DWELLING UNIT NO. 12, OF VINTAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2291, PAGE 1604 THROUGH 1689, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING UNIT.
and commonly known as: 133 VINTAGE BAY DRIVE #12, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
