NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003043, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS8 is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE P. SALAS, SPANISH PINES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNION COMPLETE SERVICE, INC., THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE P SALAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A-4 (4-A), SPANISH PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1417, PAGE 1940, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. PREMISES FORMERLY KNOWN AS APARTMENT UNIT NO. A-4 (4-A), SPANISH PINES II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 892, PAGE 1533, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
