Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 27, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 5, in building 1920, metro at michigan park condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 8154, at page 859, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as amended.
and commonly known as: 11920 s. conway road #5, orlando, fl 32812; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 22, 2011 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
