Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 6/30/2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-025006-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and Luz Linares, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 205, BUILDING E, LANCELOT AT WINTER PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8624, PAGE 546, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
