NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida on July 28, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible to consider an appeal of the Community Development Director's decision not to accept a petition for annexation, and related future land use, zoning and variance applications for the following property:
23-22-27-8104-00-331 (North 100ft)
23-22-27-8104-00-341 (North 100ft and West 47.43ft of Lot 34)
(Also known as 1089 Walker Street)
Copies of the original application and the appeal petition may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays, at the Planning & Zoning Division in City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed appeal. Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearing. Any persons wishing to appeal a decision of the Public body should ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Any persons with disabilities needing special accommodations should submit a written request to the City Clerk, 300 W.
