NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Septemver 17, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-067935 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, national association, trustee for the certificateholders park place securities, inc. asset-backed pass-through certificates series 2005-wcw1 is the Plaintiff and Margarita Gonzalez and unknown tenant(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 3, block 22, unit 6, section 28, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in deed book 252, page 466 of the public records of lee county, florida
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
