DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff and ALBERT A. LAZZARO; KATHLEEN L. LAZZARO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BELLE LAGO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
