NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-061133, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK FSB is Plaintiff and LOUISE G. McDONALD NEWMAN; JAMES N. NEWMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 30 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 177, OF PINE ISLAND RIDGE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
