NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-013475 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA is the Plaintiff and RICHARD IAVARONI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD IVARONI, PRESTIGE GUNITE OF FORT MYERS, INC., AN INACTIVE FLORIDA CORPORATION, CRANE CONSTRUCTION, INC. and STOCK BUILDING SUPPLY A/K/A STOCK BUILDING SUPPLY, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 22 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 4, BLOCK 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
