NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 17 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-057249, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT M TRUE; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and SHARON C TRUE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash eletronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK B, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
