NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-055888, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and CHRISTIAN THEOPHILE & MAUCIANIE PIERRE ET. AL., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the August 22, 2011, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
