Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 15, 2011 in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell the following property located in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 411, in Building No. 4, of RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005000094005 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2011 at 9:00 am. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
