NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-13312 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein first horizon home loans, a division of first tennessee bank national association is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH AHLGRIM; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH AHLGRIM N/K/A ROBERT AHLGRIM; and CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of JULY, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 3007, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 43, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 48 THROUGH 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
