NEW, VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD A. NEW IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
