NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 23 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-023124, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and JOSE MANUEL ORELLANA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR RESMAE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ANA ORELLANA, BONILLA ORELLANA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE MANUEL ORELLANA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
