NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 20 day of of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-09331, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK MIDWEST, NA is the Plaintiff and JOY JOHNSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOY JOHNSON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 1761, PAGES 518 THROUGH 586, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND SUBJECT TO MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AS RECORDED IN OR. BOOK 1760, PAGES 2417 THROUGH 2515, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
