NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 23 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-56322, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GEORGE E. MATHER; SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNSET STREAM SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; ELAINE R. MATHER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A PATRICK THILL; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 1610, BUILDING NO16, PHASE 1, SUNSET STREAM SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3263, PAGE 567, AT SEG., TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
