G of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein the bank of new york trust company, n.a., as successor to jpmorgan chase bank, n.a. as trustee, is the Plaintiff, and william a. gugel, et. al., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 21 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
