Myers) condominium association, inc.; avis plumbing and air conditioning, inc.; john doe n/k/a julian lopez and jane doe n/k/a sujey lopez are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 113 in Building No. 1 in Renaissance Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerks Instrument No. 2005000094005, and any Amendments thereto, together with an Undivided Interest or Share in the Common Elements Appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
