World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Carmen C. Mata, Oswaldo A. Ochoa, Tenant #1 n/k/a Carlos Mata, Wachovia Bank, NA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 21 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
