NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-050009 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of AEGIS Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-2, Plaintiff and Janice Ann Perkins are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, July 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, SABAL PALM GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 52 AND 53, public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
