NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-054177, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series AMQ 2007-HE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series AMQ 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH CUELLAR A/K/A ELIZABETH RAMIREZ AKA ELEZIABETH CUELLAR; unknown spouse of ELIZABETH RAmirez elizabeth CUELLAR AKA ELIZABETH CUELLAR N/K/A GEORGE BONTINA; john doe; jane doe as UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
