NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-051694, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. ELLIS; THE RESERVE AT ESTERO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH A. ELLIS; WILLIAM E. MARVIN; unknown tenant (S) a/k/a josh braden; john doe; jane doe as unknown TEnant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 95, of reserve at estero, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 82, page 51, public records of lee county, florida.
