NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-054394, DIVISION: G, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora Loan services, llc. is Plaintiff, and frank a. coneglio, unknown spouse of frank a. coneglio, roberta m. doyle, unknown spouse of roberta m. doyle, citibank, national association f/k/a citibank, n.a., john doe and jane doe are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 29 day of July, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
