I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at sale date July 28, 2011 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit b-801, north star yatch club, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded july 18, 2007 bearing instrument number 200700022475', as amended from time to time, of the public records of lee county, florida.
