NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-065910, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association as trustee for rasc 2006ks6 is Plaintiff and william j. lineberger and current unknown tenants are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of September, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
the west half of lot 1, block 35, unit 9, section 23, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 15, page 34, and deed book 254, page 55, public records of lee county, Florida.

This property is located at the Street address of: 3300 e 11th street, lehigh acres, florida 33972.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
