Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 28, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
lot 18a known as condominium unit no. 18a, of orange grove park condominium, inc., a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 794, page 576 and condominium book 2, page 144, and amendments thereto, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 39 tangelo ct., lehigh acres, fl 33936; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on July 28, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
