Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 30, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
unit a, building 23, cypress lake estates, a condominium (phase iii), according to the declaration of condominium thereof as recorded in official records book 1736, page 4741, and any subsequent amendments thereto and the plat recorded in condominium plat book 15, page 39 through 42, inclusive, public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 13260 Broadhurst loop, unit a-23, fort myers, fl 33919; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on August 1, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
