Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 27, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1707, CONCORDIA AT CAPE CORAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000353492, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED OR MODIFIED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES APPERTAINING THEREUNTO. (THE “PROPERTY”)
and commonly known as: 1824 CONCORDIA LAKE CIRC 7, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on July 27, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
