NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 24 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058319, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THORNBURG MORTGAGE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and VINCENT T. SULLIVAN AS MEMBER FOR 9904 ALEGRIA WAY, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A/K/A VINCENT SULLIVAN; 9904 ALEGRIA WAY, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; PASEO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 904, PASEO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000131860, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
