Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on the 23rd day of November, 2009 and the Order Granting Defendant's Motion To Proced With Foreclosure Sale And Motion for Sanctions filed June 21, 2011, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-054827 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which lasalle bank na as trustee for wamu mortgage pass-through certificates series 2006-ar11-trust is the Plaintiff and michael j. sferes, is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 21st day of July, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 14, of Wildcat Run, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 30 through 43, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
